7:00am
The house is quiet, just light and air moving through. Doors open and music in the background. Breakfast stays slow—papaya, lime, eggs, nothing rushed.
9:00am
You head out and stop at Akamai Coffee Co. for a cappuccino or a matcha.
10:00am
A stunning coastal walk along Wailea Beach Path. Ocean on one side the whole way.
11:00am
Beach time + an ocean dip. The water is calm and the sand is warm – snorkeling or a good book or a cold coconut water to recharge.
12:30pm
Lunch at Spoon & Key Market. Something fresh like an organic turkey sandwich (& perhaps a decadent chocolate chip cookie if you have a sweet tooth).
2:15pm
Back at the house. Windows open. The afternoon stretches—reading and maybe a nap. You take a dip in the pool, sweat in the sauna, and practice yoga on the wellness pavilion followed by a shower after a day in the sun.
6:30pm
The chef arrives just before sunset. Fresh ingredients, something local and simple done really well. Dinner is served outside.
7:00pm
The light fades while you eat and you watch the sun go down.
8:10pm
Plates cleared, air still warm, and everyone is together. Game night commences and laughter fills the room until it is time for sleep.
